FROM FIRST CONTACT TO FINAL INSPECTION
Our straightforward process keeps you informed and supported from your initial inquiry through the completion of your roofing project.
INITIAL INQUIRY
The customer contacts Roof Advance by phone, email, or website. They schedule a consultation to discuss the roofing needs, budget, preferences, and concerns.
INSPECTION & ASSESSMENT
Roof Advance conducts an on-site 29-point inspection to assess the roof and identify underlying issues. Afterward, they provide a detailed estimate covering the scope of work, materials, and costs.
SELECTING MATERIALS
They help the homeowner choose roofing materials based on their style and budget. Once selected, Roof Advance orders the materials and prepares for installation.
EXECUTION / INSTALLATION
Their roofing team performs the installation, following industry practices. They also conduct quality-control checks throughout the project.
CLEAN-UP & FINAL INSPECTION
After installation, they clean the property and remove debris and leftover materials. They then perform a final walkthrough to make sure the work meets their quality standards.
FOLLOW-UP
Roof Advance schedules a post-installation check to make sure the customer is satisfied and provides ongoing support for future concerns or maintenance.
